We do not accept returns unless there is a physical defect in the product.
While we want you to be very satisfied with your purchase from Carla's Bath Stuff & B.A.Kidagain, we need to take a few precautions against those that want to take advantage of us. We know you aren't one of those people, but because of them, we have these rules:
1: You must contact us via phone or email before returning any product. Any returns without personal contact will not be honored.
2: Product must be returned for verification.
3: Upon verification, any replacements will be in the same scent as the original and any credits will be for store credit only. You will be charged again for shipping (if applicable), unless management decides otherwise.
4: As of July 1, 2009 we will NO LONGER ACCEPT personal CHECKS.
5. As of January 1, 2011 ALL credit card charges for LESS than $20.00 are subject to a $2.00 small transaction fee. (Does not apply to website sales.)
We will try to come up with a solution to your problem that will make all of us happy. However, we can refuse the return, and that decision will be final. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Even though all our ornaments are made from 100% Licensed fabrics, B.A.Kidagain wants to make sure that you are not confused, mistaken or deceived that the Legal Owners of the numerous trademarks, service marks, and/or word and design marks featured in our ornaments have sponsored, authorized or approved these items; or that some affiliation exists between B.A.Kidagain and the above mentioned Legal Owners.

We are now able to make more ornaments every day thanks to the help from a friend who designed a new drying rack! So as of 7/15/08 we are able to make 700 ornaments per week.
We are currently on a 2-3 day turn-around time on all orders excluding weekends and holidays. Turn around time begins the day after orders are placed. We ship 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday. Orders are downloaded and printed once per day, at approximately 4 pm.
Damages During Transit:
If there are any problem with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your package. We strive to make sure your order reaches you safely, but do not have any control over the handling of your package in transit. Please remember this when contacting us about any problems with your order. We will try our best to help you solve any problems.
We do ship to Canada and overseas via USPS airmail, UPS, or FedEx with insurance only. Please contact us for a price quote.
A notice for customers who pay by credit card then request the valid charge to be removed from their bill: If you pay for your order via credit card then that charge is refused through your card company a processing fee of $50 or 50% of the order total, whichever is greater, is added to the order total. Chargeback notices are sent to merchants for many reasons. Your card issuing bank will allow you the opportunity to review and accept only the charges that are valid. If you choose to force a chargeback then pay for the order via money order we still have a negative report on our merchant account. This negative image is not something we want so our fees are high for processing this problematic issue. We have found most people are willing to review their card statement along with our documentation when an issue arises. We do not want to accept payment by other method when we have incurred costs and a negative report, two items which have concrete expenses and unmeasurable liabilities. If excessive use of credit cards (along with the interest associated with carrying a balance on your card) is a problem, please use a money order/cashier's check to pay for your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders paid via credit card if we think we're going to have an issue.
